Where do we start?
With the process that takes up the most hours. You tell us about it, we map it out and give you a fixed price to automate it or do it for you.
Do I have to give you access to my systems?
Only to what is essential and with limited permissions. If you prefer, we work with copies or exports.
Finance and operational accounting
The repetitive side of finance (recording invoices, balancing the bank, chasing payments, preparing the close) eats up hours that add no decisions. We do it with AI agents, and a person reviews every deliverable. You and your accountant still make the decisions and sign.

Do you work with my accounting software?
We work with standard exports and imports (Excel, CSV and the bank's transactions file) and with the programs most widely used in Spain. If your software supports imports, we leave the file ready to load; if not, we give you the spreadsheet in order.
Who sees my financial data?
The AI models we use, on a professional tier that does not train on your data, and the person who reviews the work. We sign a data processing agreement with you.
Human resources
HR generates a lot of paperwork: job ads, CV screening, welcome manuals, internal policies, mandatory records. We prepare that work with agents and human review; decisions about people remain yours.

Can AI be used to screen CVs?
Yes, with care: candidates must be informed, bias must be monitored and a person must decide. The EU AI Act treats recruitment as a high-risk use; that is why we apply your criteria, explain each assessment and leave the decision to you.
Do you produce the full equality plan?
We prepare the diagnosis, the draft plan and the protocols. The law requires it to be negotiated with the legal representatives of the workforce and then registered; your company does that using our documents.
Sales and CRM
Your sales team should spend its time with customers, not preparing documents or cleaning up the CRM. We do that support work with AI agents and human review.

The usual market options, and spreadsheets. If your CRM can import and export data, we can work with it.
Can you get me customers?
We prepare the material and data so your team can sell better, but we do not do cold outreach by email or phone.

Many enquiries repeat themselves and others go unanswered for too long. We organise your customer service with AI agents: a knowledge base, draft replies and assistants that identify themselves as AI and hand over to a person.

Can the assistant make up answers?
We configure it to answer only with your information and to hand over to a person when it does not have it. At the start we review its conversations to correct it.

Not necessarily: we work with your email, your website chat or your ticketing tool if it supports integrations.

No. We do the documentation work that currently costs your team or your firm hours; legal decisions and anything that requires a professional's signature stay in their hands.

The EU AI Act requires people who use AI in an organisation to have sufficient training. We prepare that training, tailored to the tools you use.
